We know you're excited to get out there—we are too. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows:

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order leaves our hands. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.
International Orders
We currently only ship to international APO locations. Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Shaper Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If something’s off with your delivery—whether it’s lost in transit or arrives damaged—please reach out to us at info@shapergolf.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help make it right.
